A golden foliaged variety with striking red-orange new growth. Tree is vigorous and habit is upright and full. Entire tree is blazing yellow in spring, slowing changing to light green in summer with a dusting of yellow on the tips.

One of the earliest Japanese maple varieties to leaf out in spring. Protect from late sping frost in cold climates if possible.
