This semi-dwarf selection sports creamy white foliage in early spring. As summer progresses the needles darken to deep green with a frosting of white. Quite slow for a Deodar, it will eventually reach 12' feet tall and 6-8 feet wide. Can be kept smaller with pruning. Afternoon sun protection is a must, as the white foliage will burn. Very effect for lighting up semi-shady areas of the garden. Don't plant in too shady of a location or the white color will dissapear.
